About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Miami. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive our mission forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of our users and supports our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of software applications using the .NET Framework. Ensure that the software is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and bugs. Continuously improve the performance and user experience of our applications.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience in software development, particularly with the .NET Framework.
- Technical Skills: Strong programming skills and a deep understanding of software development principles.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
