Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Development: Lead the strategic development of AI and Generative AI capabilities at IBM iX DACH. Design a go-to-market strategy to showcase our AI capabilities to both new and existing clients.
• AI Center of Excellence: Build and guide a world-class AI Center of Excellence focusing on cutting-edge AI strategies, architectures, and technologies.
• Implementation of GenAI Solutions: Drive the implementation of Generative AI solutions through our enterprise-specific platform, propelling the next wave of trustworthy AI in products and processes.
• AI-Driven Initiatives: Initiate and lead AI-driven initiatives that fuel product innovation, AI-based automation, and revolutionary new work models.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing of best practices and AI expertise across teams and IBM.
• AI Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design and management of AI infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with IT and external partners.

Your Skills

• Passion for AI: A deep passion for AI and a strong drive for innovation.
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud infrastructure, and architectures, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks and GenAI models.
• Proven Track Record: Experience in the development, implementation, and operation of AI platforms and solutions, including data management and MLOps.
• Analytical and Leadership Skills: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex problems and develop effective AI solutions and strategies, accompanied by strong leadership and communication skills.
• Educational Background: Ideally, a degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Flexibility and Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary above the minimum wage, with the minimum gross annual salary set by the collective bargaining agreement (KV) at EUR 44,660.
