The Role

As a Software Engineer at Argo Labs, you will play a crucial role in developing, designing, and implementing innovative software solutions that propel our products forward. You will engage with all parts of our codebase and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Identify and address bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and other potential issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Contribute to technical roadmap and architecture discussions.
Own features from start to finish, architecting solutions for complex projects.
Set technical standards, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, clean, performant, and well-documented code.

Candidate Profile

Generalist with a passion for working on interesting problems.
Significant experience with Python.
Fascination with LLMs and ML technologies.
2+ years of relevant industry experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
Ability to take on responsibility, identify problems, and solve them.
Customer-first mindset with an interest in engaging with customers to ensure product relevance and quality.
Thrives in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
