The Role
As a Software Engineer at Argo Labs, you will play a crucial role in developing, designing, and implementing innovative software solutions that propel our products forward. You will engage with all parts of our codebase and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and other potential issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Contribute to technical roadmap and architecture discussions.
- Own features from start to finish, architecting solutions for complex projects.
- Set technical standards, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, clean, performant, and well-documented code.
Candidate Profile
- Generalist with a passion for working on interesting problems.
- Significant experience with Python.
- Fascination with LLMs and ML technologies.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Ability to take on responsibility, identify problems, and solve them.
- Customer-first mindset with an interest in engaging with customers to ensure product relevance and quality.
- Thrives in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
