About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our team. As a Founding Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our platform. Your work will ensure that every interaction is intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing, driving the Argon platform to be a seamless and beautiful user interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand workflows, develop user journeys, and build an intuition around user problems and solutions.
- Lead the design of the future of human and AI interaction, considering how AI will behave and feel in professional settings.
- Work with designers to transform product insights into product mock-ups using Figma designs and wireframes.
- Own the frontend development of the Argon platform using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, and utilize React component libraries to bring designs to life.
- Iterate quickly on frontend development, creating tight iteration loops by collecting feedback on what is working and what isn’t.

- Detail-Oriented: You have a strong focus on user experience and high user-empathy levels.
- AI Native: You bridge research and product, comfortable working with LLMs, vector databases, and building multi-step agents.
- Hacker Mentality: You build quickly, are constantly curious, and have a bias towards action.
- Fullstack Experience: You have a bias towards the front end and are familiar with our stack (React, TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and Python).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year
- Equity: Generous equity grants
- Relocation Assistance: For non-NYC residents, we offer assistance with moving and related expenses.
