Join Our Team as a Software Engineer (Frontend) - DesignOps
Are you passionate about frontend development and design systems? Datadog is looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our DesignOps team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and operations of our Design System, Druids. You will work closely with frontend engineers and designers to enhance the delivery and maintenance of our components and assets, ensuring they are state-of-the-art and adhere to accessibility standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and Maintain Druids: Work with TypeScript, React, and LESS to keep our design system cutting-edge.
- Improve Documentation: Enhance our documentation platform to ensure easy understanding and increased adoption of the Design System.
- Ensure Accessibility: Help us ensure our experiences adhere to accessibility standards and other relevant practices.
- Collaborate with a Tightly Knit Team: Join a team that solves hard problems the right way, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Who You Are:
- JavaScript and Frontend Specialist: You have a strong command of JavaScript and frontend technologies.
- Attention to Detail: You have a pixel-perfect focus and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective Communicator: You can easily discuss your work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Product Sense: You keep the ultimate customer goal in mind and have a great sense of product design.
- Bonus: Experience in owning or significantly contributing to a Design System is a plus.
