Datadog is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Synthetics Core Engine team in Lisbon. This role is pivotal in developing the core engine responsible for running millions of API and browser tests daily, ensuring the performance, functionality, and reliability of web and mobile applications.

What You’ll Do:

Develop New Capabilities: Take ownership of new features from initial design to operation in production, used worldwide by our customers.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver a best-in-class Synthetic Testing & Monitoring product.
Enhance Engine Robustness: Consistently improve our engine to make it more robust, maintainable, and resilient.
Address Customer Feedback: Respond to customer feedback reported by our Technical Support Engineers.
