Job Overview
Reflex, a pioneering software development company, is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Open Source team in San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is passionate about contributing to open source projects.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and improve our open-source project.
- Design and implement new features and optimize our compiler.
- Ensure that Reflex is well-tested and maintained.
- Refine existing UI components and add new ones as needed.
- Take an active role in the Reflex community by seeking feedback, integrating contributions, and fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
What We Look For
- Comfortable writing Python and using React.
- Experience in contributing to open source software.
- Passion for open source software and contributing to open source communities.
- Strong knowledge of frontend web technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (nice to have).
Work Environment
This position is based in our San Francisco office, and we work in person Monday through Friday. The role involves a high level of ownership over product decisions and the tech stack, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact.
