Join Harmonic as a Software Engineer
Harmonic is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. As a Software Engineer at Harmonic, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our products that help customers discover startups. You will work closely with our Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into innovative product features and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product & Design: Work with cross-functional teams to influence and execute the overall vision of Harmonic's offerings.
- Innovate Product Features: Translate customer needs into product features that exceed expectations and enhance user experience.
- Full Stack Development: Work on every layer of our stack, proactively troubleshooting and solving issues to maximize customer value.
Role Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience building scalable frontend and backend systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with GraphQL APIs.
- Performance: Track record of building highly performant, observable, and scalable systems.
- Leadership: Experience in planning and executing development roadmaps for software projects.
- Passion for Craft: Share your knowledge through tech talks, articles, open source contributions, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an early-stage startup.
- Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs on large data sources.
- Experience with web applications managing large amounts of data.
Compensation
- Salary Range: €120,000 - €160,000 annually, plus equity options.
