About the Role
Join Magna as a Software Engineer (New Grad) and be part of a dynamic team building cutting-edge software infrastructure for the web3 space. Our flagship product, "Carta for Web3," automates the management and distribution of digital assets, and we are expanding our product suite to meet growing customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Ship New Features: Work with React and PostgreSQL to expand our B2B platform, balancing UX, security, and performance.
- Architect High-Performance Solutions: Design systems that help customers operate at scale, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product and Design Teams: Interact closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet customer needs.
What You'll Work On
- Performance Optimization: Aggregate multi-chain data sources to build a cache for historical blockchain transactions and price data.
- Feature Implementation: Develop transaction flows for customers managing large-scale financial operations.
- System Architecture: Migrate internal systems to an event-based architecture for improved readability and developer experience.
- User Experience Design: Create consumer-oriented interactions for end-user portfolio management.

Candidate Requirements
- Passion for Clean and Performant Code: Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Prior Engineering Internship Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
