What You Will Do
- Build Software: Develop software that helps companies foster cultures where employees thrive.
- Collaborate: Work with other engineers to build and own products across a modern tech stack, including TypeScript, React, Relay Modern, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Drive Projects: Lead the execution of complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration with product managers and designers, as well as cross-team collaboration between engineers.
- Improve Practices: Contribute to our engineering practices by identifying and promoting improvements to enhance team output.
- Technical Documentation: Create and update high-quality technical documentation based on feedback from relevant stakeholders.
- Enhance User Experience: Focus on improving user experience and find creative ways to reduce user pain points.
What You Will Bring
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in software development, with production-level experience in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Node.js.
- B2B SaaS: Prior experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
- Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug software defects and champion improvements to prevent future issues.
- Collaboration: Enjoy working on challenging projects that require coordination with multiple teams and engineers.
- Communication: Clear and concise in explaining your thought process and the tradeoffs made in your work.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $112,000 - $164,500.
- Equity: This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
