Swift's Global Security - CSO Office & Strategy is seeking a Technical Business Consultant to support the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves ensuring a common vision and aligned priorities are documented, tracked, and communicated effectively.
Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create tailored content, including papers and PowerPoints, to articulate the security strategy and key objectives.
- Collaboration: Work with the SAFE program team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across GS and IT to implement security behaviors and gather critiques of content.
- Communication: Distill complex technical issues into clear communications for various audiences, including executive management and external parties.
- Strategic Planning: Help in translating the security strategy into an execution plan and drive its implementation.
- Monitoring: Support continuous monitoring of the strategy through established metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical writing, governance reporting, IT/cyber security, or risk management.
- Experience in highly regulated environments, particularly in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
