Role Overview
As a Technical Product Owner/Manager at Diabolocom, you will join the Product division and collaborate with Bastien, the Head of Product, and team members Edmée, Emna, and Veronika. This role is not your typical product owner position. You will be translating feature requests, business strategies, and market opportunities into product priorities. Additionally, you will participate in defining the product strategy and roadmap to deliver value iteratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate feature requests into product priorities.
- Define product strategy and roadmap.
- Write customer-focused specifications and user stories.
- Define the scope of sprints/releases with agile cross-functional development teams.
- Assist development teams throughout sprints and manage testing activities with QA engineers.
- Create and maintain user documentation, focusing on online contextual help.
- Share knowledge within the team.
Skills and Experience
- Engineering school degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in Product Management.
- Strong sense of User Experience and ergonomics.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Curiosity and autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with lean/agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience in product-driven data analysis.
