Web Developer/Designer (Contract)

Job Overview

Array is seeking a talented Web Developer/Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and supporting our BrandYourself product line, which aids millions in managing their online reputation. As a contractor, you will work remotely, dedicating approximately 40 hours per week to various web development and design tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and Prioritize Tasks: Handle a weekly list of web development and design tasks for multiple clients, each with varying levels of priority and complexity.
Design and Develop Websites: Direct, design, and develop responsive websites, ensuring they meet client specifications and solve UX and QA issues.
Integrate Third-Party APIs: Manage third-party API and payment processing integrations to enhance website functionality.
Develop Dynamic Content: Create dynamic and responsive emails/newsletters to engage users effectively.
Design Brand Assets: Design logos, business cards, signs, and social media banners to fit client needs.
Client Collaboration: Participate in strategy sessions and communicate with clients to understand their business and design requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
Version Control: Experience working with Git/BitBucket.
Design Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks for different clients and meet deadlines reliably.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $35/hr, with potential adjustments based on experience.
