About the Role
As a Data Science Manager - Generative AI, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing generative AI applications across various business domains. You will lead a team of data scientists, providing guidance and supervision to develop cutting-edge AI solutions. Your role will involve presenting findings and models to stakeholders and clients in a clear and actionable manner, ensuring that complex concepts are easily understood by non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Generative AI Applications: Develop and implement generative AI models tailored to specific business needs.
- Team Leadership: Guide and supervise a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex AI models and findings to stakeholders and clients, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI technology integration.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, particularly in generative AI, to drive innovation.

Qualifications
- Educational Background: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and leading data science teams.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with professional knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT4, Gemini, Midjourney, DallE, and Diffusion Models.
- Consulting Experience: Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Azure Services and contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
