Job Overview
LPL Financial is seeking a skilled Developer Tech Lead - AVP to join our dynamic team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. As a tech lead, you will be instrumental in driving the development of various projects that span different technologies and requirements. You will work with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment, leading developers, both onshore and offshore, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement technical solutions for both large and small projects.
- Lead Development Team: Provide direction, review code, and plan work for a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding and software changes, troubleshooting issues, and improving performance.
- Agile Methodologies: Utilize full software development life-cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Documentation and Demos: Create meaningful documentation, code comments, and diagrams. Conduct demos and proof of concepts (POCs) for business partners.
- Tool Evaluation: Review new tools and compare product capabilities to enhance development processes.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Adobe Sign & DocuSign: Extensive experience with forms and signing using Adobe Sign and DocuSign.
- Web Applications in the Cloud: Proven experience in building web applications in cloud environments.
- BPM Technologies: Knowledgeable in BPM technologies, specifically Camunda.
- Microsoft SQL Server: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and CI/CD using GitHub repositories and Octopus Deploy.
- Windows Server and IIS: General experience with Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS).
