About the Role
As a Software Developer Lead specializing in AI, you will be part of the AI Driven IT (AID IT) team within the Enterprise Development Capabilities & Services (EDCS) organization. Your primary focus will be on delivering AI solutions that enhance IT's value streams. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational strategy and help implement, operationalize, and mature AI solutions across the enterprise. You will work closely with Enterprise Architecture and the AI Enablement team to leverage AI technologies and deliver value across the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and support software programs and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.
- Influence organizational strategy regarding AI technologies.
- Champion change and drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
Must-have
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of six years of related work experience.
- Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with a technical training program and a minimum of six years of related work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go, or expertise in another programming language with a willingness to learn Python and Go.
- Experience in CI/CD, public cloud, networking, security, and data handling.
- Understanding of AI principles and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools such as GitHub Copilot, RAG, LangChain, ChatGPT, and Azure Copilot Studio.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation
- Salary range: $118,000 - $153,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
