Role Overview
As a Digital Merchandising Intern, you will be immersed in various projects that are crucial for optimizing our product selection and performance. You will:
- Prepare product selections for seasonal product stories.
- Optimize online stock availability and in-season product flow.
- Analyze product performance during seasonal promotions to optimize future plans.
Project Details
Project 1: Competition Analysis
You will monitor competitors in the market, focusing on products like Clogs, Sandals, and Jibbitz, to ensure we stay competitive.
Project 2: Audit and Recommend Improvements of MerchxGTM Alignment
You will work on improving the processes and tools that help the flow of product information from the Merchandising team through Go-to-Market (GTM) into the wider E-commerce channel teams.
Project 3: Jibbitz Performance
You will create a weekly tracker to analyze the performance of Jibbitz, identifying top styles, best-selling collections, and stock coverage.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a Dutch educational institution and are eligible for an internship in the Netherlands. You should be:
- Based in the Netherlands with accommodation arrangements in place.
- Available for a 40-hour internship.
- Enrolled in a business or fashion-related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- A high-energy, positive individual with a driven, self-starter attitude.
- An excellent team player and communicator.
