Join Our Digital Operations Team
As a Working Student in Digital Project & Finance, you will be an integral part of our Digital Operations Team at C&A. Our team is responsible for managing the operational business for our European online shops, which includes online and IT projects, digital country expansions, omnichannel projects, and the entire payment processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and Analyze: You will monitor and analyze commercial and financial parameters such as payment shares, cost development, and fraud activities.
- Implement and Optimize: Participate in the implementation of new payment methods, optimize existing payment processes, and integrate new service providers.
- Support Finance Team: Assist the finance team in checking different cost KPIs, reviewing current processes, and developing suggestions for improvements.
What You Bring
- Education: You are currently enrolled at a technical college or university.
- Skills: You have an open mind, determination, and curiosity. You are interested in what happens in the background of the online shop.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Communication: Strong communication skills in both German and English.
