Role Summary
As an Engineering Manager at Heyflow, you will lead and inspire two diverse engineering teams. Your mission includes conducting performance reviews, setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering collaboration. You will drive process improvements and provide technical oversight in partnership with Principal Engineers.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in engineering management, with a track record of scaling teams.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Robust technical background in software development, particularly in the JavaScript stack.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse and high-performing teams.
