Location: Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI
Work Schedule: In-person with flexibility, 40-hour work week

BILD: Focus on delivering innovative technology solutions for Deposits, Mortgage Corporate Finance, Reinvestment, Credit Card & Invest business lines.
EASE: Enterprise Architecture & Solutions Engineering to improve standardization and empower decision-making.
AIPD: Support Auto and Insurance business units with innovative technology solutions.
ETO: Ensure smooth and efficient enterprise-wide technology operations.
SET: Strategy & Enterprise Technology to coach and train teams on cutting-edge technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (graduating between July 2024 and June 2025).
Passion for technology and innovation.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships.
Legal authorization to work in the country (no visa sponsorship available).
