This program is designed to transition you from an educated individual to an experienced professional, providing a comprehensive 12-month exploration to advance your technical skills and jumpstart your career in technology.

- Location: Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI
- Work Schedule: In-person with flexibility, 40-hour work week

Areas of Opportunity
- BILD: Focus on delivering innovative technology solutions for Deposits, Mortgage Corporate Finance, Reinvestment, Credit Card & Invest business lines.
- EASE: Enterprise Architecture & Solutions Engineering to improve standardization and empower decision-making.
- AIPD: Support Auto and Insurance business units with innovative technology solutions.
- ETO: Ensure smooth and efficient enterprise-wide technology operations.
- SET: Strategy & Enterprise Technology to coach and train teams on cutting-edge technologies.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (graduating between July 2024 and June 2025).
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships.
- Legal authorization to work in the country (no visa sponsorship available).
