Streamlane is an AI-driven shipping optimization platform that has recently raised its seed round to become the go-to shipping solution for large ecommerce brands. We are seeking a talented Founding Backend Engineer to join our team and help us build innovative logistics software for ecommerce companies.

We are based in New York and California and are excited to expand our team with passionate and skilled individuals.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the founding team on strategic product decisions.
- Design and develop backend systems and APIs from scratch.
- Work with databases, data architecture, and AWS services to build scalable solutions.
- Engage in constrained optimization to enhance product performance.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in backend development, including databases, data architecture, API design, and integration.
- Proficiency in AWS services and Node.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative solutions.
- Experience in the supply chain space, SaaS product development, data warehousing, and team leadership is a plus but not required.
