The Role
As a Founding Software Engineer, you will:
- Develop and refine our voice AI and machine learning models.
- Build and expand our data infrastructure and analytics dashboards.
- Design robust and scalable frameworks to support AI-driven features.
- Integrate the latest advancements in AI and machine learning into our development processes.
Requirements
- Alignment with our core values: mission-driven, high agency, craftsmanship, and quick shipping.
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering with modern tech stacks.
- Proficiency in Python, React, JavaScript, and subfields like NLP or computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technology and business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
