The Role & Your Mission
Join the AI Innovation Team at MMC Tech and contribute to the development of Marsh McLennan's Generative AI capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as Hackathons and be part of a broader tech ecosystem. You will be involved in validating new technologies, building proof-of-concepts (POCs), developing pilot programs, and coordinating their maturity before wider deployment.
Your Experience & Values
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in software development, particularly with modern frontend frameworks like React.js (Vue and Angular are also valued), and backend technologies such as NestJS/NodeJS. A strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with Python are essential. Additional experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB will make you stand out.
