Everseen is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Iași, Romania. About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing applications that are central to Everseen's mission. You will be part of a small, high-performing team, influencing the scope and technical direction of projects while championing best practices. Your work will involve collaborating with engineers, researchers, and data scientists to build the next generation of Everseen’s ML & Data applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core applications as part of a high-performing team.
• Influence technical direction and champion clean code practices.
• Collaborate with other engineering and product teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Work with big data and large volumes of information, ensuring performance and latency are optimized.
• Deploy and continuously develop robust infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Run, monitor, and maintain business-critical production systems.
• Adopt open-source technologies to leverage in-house resources effectively.
• Promote engineering best practices throughout the team.
• Suggest, collect, and synthesize requirements to create an effective feature roadmap.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend development.
• Strong programming skills in NodeJS with Typescript, and experience with Golang, Java, or Python.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud services or equivalent.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and Docker.
• Familiarity with Sync/Async APIs and messaging.
• Advanced proficiency in business English, both verbal and written.

• CI/CD: Gitlab Pipeline, Docker
• Databases: Postgres, MongoDB
