Join ForeFlight as a Full Stack Developer
ForeFlight is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our Engineering team. This role involves developing and maintaining backend systems to support our new initiatives in the Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) and Advanced Aerial Mobility (AAM) sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web services and backend systems.
- Work on projects that span from server backend to web-based visual layers.
- Collaborate with team members to take requirements, break them down, and implement them with well-written code.
- Independently complete projects and seek advice when necessary.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React and building scalable web services.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Familiarity with AWS services like EKS, DynamoDB, Lambdas, Aurora, and SQS.
- Docker experience is a plus.
