As a Frontend Software Engineer on the Dataverse Experiences Team, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, working on a platform that empowers both pro and citizen developers to create business productivity software with ease.
About the Role
As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building simple yet sophisticated and high-quality user experiences across the Dataverse ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to design from scratch using modern Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) technology, migrate legacy experiences, and implement scalable and performant solutions. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and work in a startup-like environment, contributing to a culture that values engineering excellence, customer experience, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, debug, and ship high-quality features used by thousands of businesses globally.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of features in the production environment.
- Analyze and prioritize business requirements and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal partner teams such as Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Teams, and Office.
- Engage with our customer and partner community to empower and learn from them.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with modern client-side/web technologies such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Webpack, Node.js, or similar.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software design skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with C#.
- Prior experience in Dynamics 365, Model-driven Power App, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies, SQL, NoSQL, Microservices, ML, or AI.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
