We are looking for a skilled Information Technology Administrator to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. This role is pivotal in ensuring our IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficient, supporting our mission to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign and Automate IT Processes: Analyze and revamp our IT landscape by automating and documenting processes to optimally support all departments.
- Ensure Security: Implement best practices for data protection and cybersecurity, ensuring a secure working environment for all teams.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with legal and product development teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Taxdoo's IT strategy, paving the way for ISO certification.
- Team Leadership: Plan team tasks, processes, and policies, and provide the necessary knowledge to develop your team into specialists.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with company leaders to gather and provide information for problem-solving, identifying root causes, and assessing the need for new solutions or corrections.
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive IT Experience: Proven experience in designing and managing complex IT infrastructures and systems, with advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Jamf, Mac iOS server systems, Google Services, Okta, and ISO documentation.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Leadership and Communication: Lead by example, support your team, and translate complex technical requirements into understandable messages.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and focused on achieving lasting results.
- Continuous Learning: A mindset geared towards continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
