Your Role
As a Werkstudent in our support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers with support inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting our support team in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system.
- Analyzing and resolving errors independently or in collaboration with our development team.
- Documenting support processes and solutions.
- Actively participating in team meetings and project discussions to continuously improve our services.
Your Qualifications
- Enrolled student (m/w/d) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Media Informatics, or similar.
- Basic understanding of web technologies.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Independent and structured working style.
- Team player with a commitment to shared goals.
- Fluent in German.
