What You'll Do
As an IT Working Student, you will be responsible for:
- Handling user inquiries using a ticketing system.
- Setting up user accounts and providing colleagues with hardware and software.
- Deploying hardware using a software deployment system (Matrix42).
- Maintaining inventory of end devices.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should be:
- Enrolled as a student, preferably in (business) informatics or a related field.
- Experienced in the tasks mentioned above, such as through internships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in German.
- Enthusiastic about working with IT systems.
- Able to work independently and meticulously.
- Committed and a team player.
