About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and committed Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to develop cutting-edge products that meet the needs of our sector. You will work in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Cloud Computing and experience with GitHub.
- Strong skills in Automation and Business Management.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Inventory Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
