Job Overview
As a Medior Data Engineer / Analyst, you will serve as the crucial link between business needs and IT solutions. Your role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and solutions. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to optimize and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Identify areas for improvement and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Design and Document Solutions: Create and document functional solutions that meet business requirements.
- Data Modeling and Analysis: Perform data modeling and data analysis to support business needs.
- Testing and Implementation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure correct implementation of solutions.
- Support Development and Implementation: Work with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to support the development and implementation of IT solutions.
- User Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of implemented solutions.
Required Skills
- Education and Experience: Master’s degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years).
- SQL Expertise: Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience in writing complex queries.
- Data Modeling and Analysis: Experience in data modeling and data analysis.
- Business Process Knowledge: Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into IT solutions.
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.
