Technical Lead - Frontend Focus

We are looking for a Technical Lead at Intuitech. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our web development projects, with a strong emphasis on frontend development. This role requires a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies, ensuring seamless integration and delivering exceptional user experiences across our solutions.

Your Future Tasks

• Your primary responsibility is not writing code, but rather providing support to developers and actively working together with the platform team.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to communicate with the client regarding business and technical requirements.
• You are responsible for creating and maintaining various internal test environments in a cloud environment based on the platform team's solutions and providing support to the client’s technical team regarding UAT and PROD environments.
• Design sprints and collaboratively create detailed technical tickets based on business requirements with the support of the platform team.
• Coordinate and monitor the team's development activities actively during the sprints.
• Leading the project ceremonies together with the Product Owner.
• Mentoring, instructing, and guiding the team’s developers to achieve better and faster time to market solutions.
• Actively utilizing the company's platform and continuously providing feedback to the platform team.

What We Expect From You

• At least 4-5 years of fullstack development experience, with a focus on frontend development.
• Thorough knowledge of JavaScript and any modern frontend framework.
• Knowledge of Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Knowledge of Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of Docker.
• You enjoy mentoring team members; it should be important to you that they grow professionally as individuals.
• Be motivated and enthusiastic to take on new projects and eager to develop yourself professionally.
• Have no problem speaking clearly about the project, even to non-professionals.
• Be proficient in Hungarian, as this is the language of our internal communication.
• Be at least intermediate in English, as we have international clients as well.
