Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a Product Designer at Sleeper, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and innovative designs that enhance user experiences across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet. You will work closely with our product team to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and align with our company's mission to connect people over sports.
Responsibilities
- Design Experiences: Create and maintain design systems across all platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate: Work with other designers and cross-functional teams in ideation sessions to develop innovative solutions.
- User Journeys: Own end-to-end user journeys and design execution, from initial sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Feedback: Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve design outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of full-time Product Design experience or completion of a 12-week design internship at Sleeper.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and successful product launches.
- Skills: Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong understanding of design patterns and standards across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Sharp focus on visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
