About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Kraken, you will be part of our global ML/AI team, working to bring the next generation of AI-powered features to our platform. You will work across the entire product lifecycle, from identifying new technologies to implementing them in collaboration with our engineering teams. Your work will involve using state-of-the-art language models and prompting techniques to create features, training models in-house, and deploying them using Python and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations teams to validate and implement new AI technologies.
• Use Python and Kubernetes to deploy models via API.
• Manage trained models using MLflow.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the field of machine learning and AI.
• Work with front-end and back-end engineers to rapidly prototype and deploy innovative features.

What You'll Need

• Passion for working in the energy sector and contributing to the energy transition.
• Curiosity and self-drive to make decisions and find solutions to novel problems.
• Experience with machine learning and deploying models in production.
• Engineering mindset with experience in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, NLP, Kubernetes, and SQL.
