As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be part of an autonomous team responsible for development, testing, architecture, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and scale systems: Enhance Minut’s systems to support a growing customer base and device count.
- Deliver new features: Solve real-life problems experienced by our users daily.
- Ensure high availability: Strive for five-nines of availability by building resilience into our systems.
- Lead by example: Deliver high-quality code, drive architectural decisions, and share best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers: Coach and guide junior team members to excel in their roles.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have significant experience with high-traffic, cloud-hosted projects.
- Curious and proactive: You enjoy technical discussions and are always looking for ways to improve.
- Skilled in our tech stack: Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, SQL, Python, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Excellent communicator: Fluent in English, Swedish is not required.
