Role Overview
As a Tech Lead Manager on the Loki Platform, you will lead and grow a team of 5-15 engineers to build a solid foundation for product development. You will be responsible for developing large-scale software systems that power billions of TikTok effects, improving system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance, and reliability of the product. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development.

Qualifications
- Experience in building platforms and services for large-scale consumer-facing applications
- Partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products
- Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++
- Good team communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors with 5 years of experience
- 3 years of experience leading an engineering team
