Job Description
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Tabby, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure. Your role will focus on automating infrastructure provisioning and ensuring the smooth operation of our services, including during emergency response situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
- Create a cloud platform suitable for running software services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Participate in emergency response situations for outages.
- Implement security hardening measures (PCI-DSS).
- Enhance observability and monitoring systems.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Service Mesh solutions like Istio.
- Familiarity with observability tooling.
- Experience with public cloud services, preferably GCP.
- Ability to investigate production issues.
- Understanding of DevOps best practices, including security, CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting.
- Basic development skills.
- Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, REST API, and GRPC.
