Join MHP – A Porsche Company as a Senior Consultant AWS Data Engineer in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about leveraging AWS services to design, build, implement, and deliver scalable cloud solutions. You will work closely with business and IT partners from the automotive industry and beyond, translating business needs into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend data solutions using AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, Athena, and Redshift.
- Develop data ingestion pipelines and optimize data models for performance.
- Engage in client-facing projects, ensuring efficient execution and implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor and contribute to the development strategy and project leadership.
- Mentor less senior colleagues and serve as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Python (Pandas, Numpy), PySpark, and AWS services.
- Proven experience in developing data ingestion pipelines with AWS Glue.
- Experience in optimizing data models and understanding of fully distributed systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

- Experience in the design and implementation of data models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
