Job Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst at Adecco, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing data-driven strategies for B2B lead generation across multiple channels. This role is based in Dublin and offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation in targeting campaigns for core markets.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Implementation: Own the implementation of all targeting campaigns for Core Markets.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales campaigns, collaborating with partners to enable omni-channel marketing efforts.
- Data Automation: Establish an "always-on" approach for identifying and scoring leads, using automation to gather data from various sources.
- Technical Enhancement: Enhance the technical capabilities of the B2B Database Marketing team, delivering innovative approaches to targeting small to large enterprise merchants.
- Analytical Insights: Apply a strong analytical approach to deliver impactful insights and meaningful evaluations for all campaigns.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate product and campaign execution with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with Python and SQL.
- 5 years of experience in a Lead Generation Analyst role.
- E-commerce and enterprise-level experience required.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork and storytelling.
