Role Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and innovations. You will work with Big Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to enhance our suite of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies using SQL and statistical analysis languages like R and Python.
- Conduct data mining and segmentation to identify patterns and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data reporting.
- Provide expert advice and lead projects independently, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python.
- Proven ability to perform quantitative analysis and develop calculations for data interpretation.
- Experience in the financial services sector, preferably in General Insurance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
