About the Role
As a Tech Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data projects, leveraging your expertise in data science, AI, and generative AI. You will work in a hybrid format, combining on-site and remote work, to deliver impactful solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data science projects from conception to delivery.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and visualization tools to extract insights and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and generative AI solutions into business processes.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in a quantitative discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or IT Management.
- 1 to 4 years of solid experience in data projects, with proficiency in BI or Data Science.
- Expertise in programming languages and tools such as R, Python, PySpark, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, SAS, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of successful project delivery.
- Knowledge of multiple business sectors, with a focus on banking and insurance.
