Overview
HubSpot, a leading CRM platform, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Marketing Data Science team. This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced AI technologies to enhance marketing strategies and automation processes.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights for marketing teams and leadership.
- Model Development: Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models to optimize lead targeting and drive marketing campaigns.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and understandable reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data science, ML engineer, data engineer, or software developer role, preferably within a marketing or tech start-up environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and summarization.
- Strong coding skills, ideally in Python, with a familiarity in Java being a plus.
- Prior experience with generative AI chatbots or Large Language Models highly desirable.
