Role Overview
As a Senior Founding Engineer, you will have a significant impact on our product development and company culture. You will work closely with Besty's co-founder, Aarlo Stone Fish, a Yale Computer Science graduate with over 20 years of experience in building successful software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of features and eventually entire new products.
- Write backend and/or frontend code for our AI property management system.
- Collaborate with customers and attend industry trade shows.
- Contribute to improving our AI system and work on various aspects of our product.
Required Skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups.
- Proven track record of impressive software projects.
- Quick learner with a curiosity-driven approach.
- Ability to work fast and produce high-quality work.
- AI/LLM experience is a plus but not required.
