About the Role
As a Senior Front End Engineer at Axial, you will be a key player in developing and enhancing our Angular web application. You will work closely with product owners to translate business requirements into robust and scalable software solutions. Your role will involve participating in a two-week Scrum cycle, collaborating directly with Tech and Product Leads to innovate and maintain cutting-edge software.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-facing features on our Angular web application.
- Work with Product Owners to translate business requirements into well-formed features.
- Collaborate with other engineers, product owners, and designers to work in conjunction with our core platform services and Python-based API servers.
- Review and test code, as well as maintain automated unit-tests.

- Product-Led Growth: Transitioning from a sales-driven approach to a product-led growth model.
- Mobile-Friendly UX: Enhancing the platform to be accessible and optimized for mobile users.
- Member Reputation: Developing features to reward members for their professional accomplishments and foster trust within the platform.
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable with end-to-end product development.
- Experience with Python, SQL, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Ability to balance fast-paced work with long-term quality.
