Job Overview
Rings AI, a pioneering software company, is seeking a Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team in New York. This role is crucial as we prepare to come out of stealth mode and launch our innovative XRM platform, designed to empower relationship-driven industries like private equity, recruiting, and wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the frontend UI, leading the redesign and implementation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with our design team to transform Figma designs into functional web applications.
- Maintain and enhance the functionality of our existing applications while implementing new features.
- Write robust tests and maintain a structured component system to ensure easy deployment and issue resolution.
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment where you will directly handle complex features and face challenging problems associated with multi-tenant applications.
Required Skills and Experience
- Profound knowledge in frontend technologies including NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and UI component explorers like Storybook.
- Strong understanding of CSS, UX design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic startup environment.
