Your Role
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will:
- Innovate and Design: Conceive and develop new features and products that meet the evolving needs of our clients, including dealerships, financial institutions, fleet owners, and insurance providers.
- Agile Development: Employ agile methodologies to ensure rapid and flexible response to changing market demands and customer feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability in our products through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Customer Focus: Prioritize the customer experience by understanding their needs and delivering solutions that provide real value and insights.
About You
You are a software engineer based in the US, passionate about solving problems, innovative solutions, automation, and reliability. Your team can count on you to deliver best practices and well-informed solutions to complex problems.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery in C#, Angular or React, Python, Node.js.
- Database Management: Strong experience with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (Redis, ElasticSearch).
- Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Some knowledge of mobile development using Swift or Java.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
