Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead at Expleo, you will:
- Help grow our team and bring enterprise development practices to the table.
- Evaluate client business challenges and work with the team to arrive at the best-fit technology solution components.
- Design, document, develop, test, and deploy web applications leveraging the full spectrum of back-end technologies and cutting-edge design patterns.
- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Validate and document security requirements for all solutions.
Essential Skills
To join the Expleo Developers’ team, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, specifically in full-stack web development using Java, Spring, ReactJS, and AngularJS.
- Experience in leading a team of developers.
- Experience with designing, implementing, securing, and interacting with APIs.
- Strong skills in JDBC and SQL.
- Experience in writing concise and isolated test cases with JUnit and a mocking library (TDD is a plus).
- Knowledge of CI-CD and the steps of a pipeline.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git or VCS.
- Maturity with Agile WoW and Scrum ceremonies.
- Fluency in English, and either French or Dutch.
