Your Mission
As a Senior Software Engineer in our Crypto Hub, you will work on creating retail-friendly access points to DeFi, expanding Bitpanda’s ecosystem into the Web3 space. You will develop clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a reactive fashion, focusing on securely creating and signing blockchain transactions from the user’s mobile device. You will also architect how our DeFi solutions interact with on-chain smart contracts, considering the intricacies of various blockchains.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly on building new products and features related to Bitpanda’s DeFi offering.
- Develop solutions using TypeScript and reactive programming with RxJs.
- Utilize NestJS or NodeJS/Express for backend development.
- Design APIs and work with relational databases.
Who You Are
- Understanding of (EVM and non-EVM) blockchains, smart contracts, and transactions.
- Familiarity with web3/blockchain development technologies like Viem, Ethers.js, RPCs, and third-party data providers.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and reactive programming.
- Experience with NestJS or NodeJS/Express.
- Knowledge in API design and relational databases.
