Job Overview
Join Accenture Australia as a Senior Gen AI Solution Lead and become a pivotal part of our innovative team. This role is designed for a subject matter expert (SME) with extensive experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence. You will leverage your expertise to influence and advise multiple teams, providing solutions that span across various business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop AI/ML Systems: Utilize existing cloud AI services to design and develop cutting-edge AI and machine learning systems.
- Data Pipeline Management: Build scalable data pipelines to support model training and production, integrating DevOps and MLOps practices.
- Model Customization: Customize and apply deep learning and generative AI models to meet specific business needs, considering data availability and infrastructure requirements, including edge devices and high-performance computers (HPCs).
- Quality Assurance: Justify the quality and value of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Research and Development: Engage in R&D of new AI algorithms, models, and simulations to solve complex problems.
- Data Management: Work with large-scale datasets, employing data preprocessing techniques to ensure high-quality input for training and production.
- Efficient Data Storage: Implement and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms using appropriate tools.
Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced Proficiency in Machine Learning: Demonstrated expertise in machine learning techniques and applications.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years in relevant fields, showcasing a deep understanding of AI and ML.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- Advanced Proficiency in Data Science: Strong skills in data science methodologies and practices.
- Data Structures and Algorithms: Advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms.
