Overview
Join Verizon as a Senior Manager of Customer Insights in Project Management, where you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer experiences through strategic insights and project management. This role is pivotal in shaping the products, services, and experiences that Verizon offers, ensuring they meet customer expectations before they reach the market.
What You Will Do
- Lead the Customer Marketplace Insights (CMI) team in collaboration with the Verizon Consumer Group's Customer Experience organization (VCG CXO).
- Manage the innovative Customer Case tool, which quantifies the impact of decisions on customer experience.
- Oversee the research operations and project management to scale this program.
- Ensure the Customer Case ecosystem runs smoothly and continuously improves, enabling CMI researchers and VCG partners to uncover actionable insights.
- Build strong relationships with research agency partners, managing day-to-day responsibilities and long-term needs.
- Prioritize processes and use dashboards and scorecards to track the program's effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience in consumer market research or UX/CX research.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with quick-turn, standardized research tools and managing agency vendor relationships.

Salary
The salary range for this position is $118,000 to $219,000 annually, depending on location and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
